I called the company this morning and had a service person at my home very quickly. Taylor performed the necessary service to solve my AC issue at a very reasonable price. He was courteous and very skilled. I'm very happy with the service. Taylor also told us about the annual maintenance service available, and we will sign up for that this fall.

I think John's Refrigeration does a good job. Their tech's are generally coureous, very respectful, clean, & knowledgeable. Like with any other company, they sometimes confuse things in trying to 'up-sell' parts and accessories you may not need. Sometimes this can confuse what you 'really' need in the way of repairs - but the information about what they 'can' offer, is also generally helpful.
